This charge covers fuel and travel in order to review your project and provide a professionally prepared labor and materials quote. Further, large scale projects (ie. flips, additions, new construction and extensive remodels) may require more time which may increase the price of the quote (not to exceed $125/day).*These trip charges are 100% refundable with acceptance of our proposal.
